Trade Terms & Conditions

1. Trade Only

We only supply trade businesses within the babywear, nursery, gifts and haberdashery trades.

We do not supply traders who sell solely on social media or marketplace platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Etsy, eBay, TikTok etc).

We require trade customers to have either a physical brick and mortar store/stall or an established ecommerce website.

For a website to be considered established it must be fully compliant with GDPR, Companies Act, and any/all other relevant regulations and legislation. It must have a top level domain and not use a subdomain (for example free Wix or Shopify websites will not be accepted).

Account approval is at the discretion of Y L Trading LTD, T/A Wee Me Boutique

2. Pre-Orders

We do not allow the pre-selling of our products, or the taking of deposits on items you do not physically have in stock. We ask that you do not list, or sell, any of our products until they are physically in your possession. We are not to be used as a stock room that you can order from as and when you receive an order from your customers. Please note to ensure fairness we also do not accept pre orders from trade customers nor offer reserving stock / styles, and stock is sold on a first come, first served basis.

3. Pricing

For the fairness of all our customers, and all types of customers (physical or web based regardless of size), stockists of Wee Me products are required to at least double up on the items pricing.

The items should be sold for at least double mark up at all times, to ensure we do not have price wars or on-going complaints about other customers please heed this advice and reconsider your pricing strategies especially in regards to special offers, discounts and so on. Any offers which would result in Wee Me products not being at least double the mark-up will be a breach of this condition, and we would advise you exclude Wee Me from offers and promotions. Free shipping and loyalty points are fine to offer alongside our products however.

4. Pricing - Sales

As explained in the above condition, products must be doubled up on pricing at all times, however once a new collection is out older styles are moved into our outlet range, if the styles are in our outlet range then you are also able to then discount the product yourself, and include it within offers. Sales and offers are also permitted during major holidays and events, such as Xmas, Easter, Black Friday, Cyber Monday. Sales should not be run continuously. 5. Photographs

All of our product images are taken by our office crew and we reserve all copyrights on the photos posted on our website and social medias.

If you would like to use our photographs on your website or social media, please email us first and inform us of what photos you would like to use and gain confirmation of permission from ourselves first.

We can only allow the use of stock style photos, please do not use or request to use photos that have a model in them as we will not grant permission for the use of any of these photos.

6. Payments & Ordering

The minimum order amount is £300, there are no exceptions.

Once you have placed an order on our website, please be aware we may not have all of the items you have requested. Your final order total may change so you should wait until we contact you to confirm your order and the cost.

We will contact you once your order is ready to be dispatched; once we inform you that the order is ready to be dispatched we will hold the stock for a maximum of 3 days unless otherwise arranged in advance with ourselves. If we are unable to contact you to arrange payment within 3 days then your order will be cancelled and the stock will be returned to the warehouse. Please only place an order if you are ready to pay for it and receive it.

We require a cleared payment, and the full balance to be paid prior to sending any goods. We do not offer any form of credit.

7. Delivery & Returns

Please check the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. No claims will be allowed after 3 days of receipt of delivery. No returns are allowed in any circumstance without prior authorization from our customer support team. If there is any damage to the box or contents please take photographs and do not throw away the packaging until you have spoken to us.

Damaged Goods Policy:

If merchandise is received damage, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment and we will either

a) Replace the merchandise, if in stock

b) Offer a substitute

c) Give you credit towards a future purchase

8. Up To Date Contact Information

All trade customers are required to keep their account information up to date at all times, this includes shipping address, billing address, contact information and business information. Please review your account and ensure the details are correct. We will not be liable for shipping to an incorrect address if you have provided the wrong one on your order.

9. Out of Stock Items

Please be aware that if an item is out of stock and you would still like it you will need to re-order it on your next order as we do not offer back orders or reserving stock. Whilst every effort is made to keep the stock levels on our website up to date, this may not be possible at all times. This is a further reason as to why we do not allow pre orders, as if your customer buys from you, and you then order from us but we do not have the stock, this could then disappoint your customer.

10. Complaints

If we are to receive a complaint about any part of our service, products, staff, or other customers then it will be dealt with promptly (We will reply to complaints within 24 Hours Mon-Fri). We will deal with your complaint confidentially and effectively.

11. Sale of Goods

Y L Trading LTD is a UK based wholesaler that supply trade customers only. As such, all sales made via our website are considered to be business-to-business transactions, and therefore the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) do not apply.

Failure to comply with any of the above may result in your account being closed at the discretion of Wee Me.
