We use Royal Mail & DPD for deliveries. You should receive your order within 2-5 working days but this is not guaranteed. Please also take into consideration during busy periods postage can take a little longer to arrive. Bank Holiday services are also more restricted, if you are concerned please message us before ordering.


We will not take responsibility for orders made using an incorrect address, as a customer this is your responsibility to ensure your address is correct at the time of purchase. If we should need to claim for lost parcels with Royal Mail or DPD and you have entered the wrong or incomplete address then you will only get back the value that the couriers refund. If they do not refund unfortunately you will not get your money back this is purely down to you not entering your address when ordering which would be the reason why your parcel couldn’t be delivered.



In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to us within 14 days of dispatch in their original, saleable condition with a return note stating the reason for return. Please allow up to 14 days from our receipt of returns for us to process your refund. Your refund will be refunded on to the same card you used to make your purchase.


When trying on items, please ensure that they do not come into contact with anything that may mark, stain or add scent to them such as deodorant, perfume, cigarettes, food and drinks.


Clothes Tags must remain intact, We will not be able to refund any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.


Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. It is the buyers responsability to pay for the return postage unless the goods are faulty or otherwise covered under the distant seller regulations.
